Design Intent
The vision for BLU Ristorante was to create an immersive dining environment inspired by the elegance of classic hospitality spaces while introducing contemporary architectural detailing and refined material selections. Rich wood finishes, dramatic lighting, natural textures, and carefully crafted millwork establish an atmosphere that feels intimate, welcoming, and unmistakably premium.
Rather than acting as background finishes, the architectural millwork was designed to become an integral part of the restaurant’s identity. Every wood element contributes to the overall experience—from defining seating areas and framing architectural features to introducing warmth and visual rhythm throughout the interior.

Architectural Millwork & Wood Finishes
Boreal Architectural manufactured and installed the complete architectural millwork package throughout the restaurant, delivering a comprehensive interior solution that integrates custom wood finishes with the project’s premium hospitality aesthetic.
Feature wood wall panels introduce texture and depth while providing a sophisticated backdrop to the dining areas. Carefully selected wood grain patterns create movement throughout the space, complemented by decorative mouldings, integrated lighting, and architectural framing that reinforce the restaurant’s refined character.
Custom banquette seating was fabricated to maximize both guest comfort and space efficiency, with precision-crafted millwork bases, integrated wood detailing, and durable commercial construction designed to withstand the demands of a high-volume hospitality environment.
